The General Counsel will be responsible for leading all corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives. This role will provide senior management with effective advice on company strategies and their implementation, manages the legal function, and oversees the work of outside counsel. The General Counsel will participate directly in complex business transactions and negotiate critical contracts and agreements for the organization across all areas of the business.
The General Counsel should be a business-oriented attorney with the ability to recommend solutions and strategies to the business team and be able to manage multiple, complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
